Inside, the priority is a clean finish and a tidy house. Floors and furniture are covered, surfaces are patched and sanded where needed, and edges are cut in neatly.

Porches, doors and exteriors.

Outside, paint has to cope with sun and weather, so loose and flaking paint is dealt with first. Paths, plants and anything nearby are protected before brushing or spraying starts.
